back...First meeting of the Museum Council

The first constitutive meeting of the Museum Council at the Museum of Polish Children – victims of totalitarianism – was held on October 6. During the meeting, the chairman and vice chairman of the Museum Council were elected. In addition, the Rules of Procedure of the Council were adopted, reports on the activities of the institution for 2021 were presented, as well as the Museum’s work plans for the current year.

Prof. dr hab. Przemysław Waingertner was appointed Chairman of the Council.

Dr Łukasz M. Sadowski was elected as Vice Chairman.

The Museum Council operates at the Museum of Polish Children – victims of totalitarianism, as stated in §11.1 of the Museum statutes. The Council functions under the terms of Article 11 of the Law on Museums.
